Hi, my name is Alexander. For the last ten years I've been absolutely obsessed with finding out what it takes to make a human being feel good. Not just slightly good, but absolutely awesome, not just every now and then, but consistently on a daily basis.

My journey of self-discovery has been fuelled by my own experiences of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss, countless pain and injuries, illness and a plethora of unhelpful and unhealthy habits. In getting myself to where I wanted to be, I didn’t follow any one system of healing, I have let my own curiosity run wild as I have studied, copied, innovated and experimented with healing tools from many different eras and cultures.

I have experienced physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing thanks to the valuable tools and strategies that I have discovered on my mission, and my goal is to share my discoveries with as many people as possible.

I am an expert health practitioner and therapist with a first class reputation here in Manchester. Over the years I've helped many people overcome their health issues, from acute pain to long-standing chronic conditions. If you're looking for help, you're in the right hands.

Having qualified as a massage therapist in 2001, for over a decade now I have been developing a powerful yet simple system of integrated health based around the principles of Advanced Acupuncture, Deep Tissue Massage, Postural Alignment, NLP, Strategic Intervention Coaching, Meditation, Detoxification, Physical Exercise, Myofascial Release, Muscle Activation and more. These powerful approaches can change lives. My gentle care and guidance helps people overcome the difficulties they are facing. Imagine how good that feels!

As a fully qualified Acupuncturist, Bodyworker, Postural Alignment Specialist, NLP Practitioner and Strategic Intervention Coach, I am committed to developing my skills and techniques to their fullest. I have trained with many famous therapists including Richard Bandler, Art Riggs, The Robbins Maddanes Institute, Ruth Duncan, The Barral Institute, Master Jefferey Yuen, Dr. Henry Mcann, and Douglas Heel, as well as studying the powerful techniques of Marshall Rosenberg, Tony Robbins, Eckhart Tolle, Don Miguel Ruiz and many more. With the practical application of this knowledge, people all over Manchester and beyond are feeling the difference each day. Wouldn't you like to find the same sense of freedom?

I came into Sports Therapy through a sports injury and on the recommedation of a friend i went to see a Sports Therapist. It was during these sessions that i saw what was possible through manual therapy and decided to enrol on a Sports Therapy course at Active Health Group here in Manchester and qualified as an Advanced Level 5 Clinical Sports Therapist.

I enjoy taking parts in a variety of sports such as Rock and Ice climbing, Surfing, Fell running, CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting and as such have an insight into the impact that posture related imbalances and injury can have, and the dramatic effect it can have on performance.

I also enjoy event work, travelling round the country looking after athletes taking part in endurance events, running, cycling and triathlon. Most recently i had the honour of working very closely with both the junior Springboks and junior All Blacks during the 2016 U20`s Rugby Union World Cup.

I am fully committed to helping people whether that is be desk related aches and pains from sitting and working in an office or helping an athlete take their performance to the next level and as such my CPD or continued professional development allows me to expand my “toolkit” of treatments, recently adding Muscle Activation and Medical Acupuncture. This continued professional development allows me to give my clients the most effective treatment for the problem that they are experiencing rather than just relying on one or two treatments.
